One Hundred Grand Apartments at 100 Grand Lane, Foster City, California.

This community is one of the premier properties in the area. This newer property is upgraded and has all the finishes. The locked access and indoor parking is important towards my family. We also have access to all areas and amenities (so long as kids have not broken or lost the billiards equipment), areas are well maintained and have great upkeep. A lot of other reviews, describe the poor common areas, which are all being addressed by management, within acceptable timeframes. Common areas are unpredictable and allow a variety of people to try "to program" the area and end up disrupting or setting the repair back to a later date. The management here is extremely responsive and dedicated to assist the residents. The front office team is led by Nicole, a devoted manager that keeps all residents needs on her mind. The rest of the office staff, Tori and Joe are pleasant, very friendly and always ready to please. I have had many conversations with Tori, who is always pleasant and smiling, regarding items or questions and she has always been whole hearted and informative in our talks.
